External Candidate Referral Program

At SummitNext, we believe in the power of connections. Our External Candidate Referral Program allows individuals outside our organization to refer exceptional talent to our team and be rewarded for successful hires.
Referral Reward
- USD 250 per referred candidate who:
Signs an employment contract with Client, and
Successfully completes 90 calendar days of continuous employment
Terms & Conditions
1. Who Can Refer
Open to all external individuals not employed by SummitNext.
Excluded: Recruitment agencies, vendors, or businesses offering hiring services.
2. How to Submit a Referral
- Referrals must be submitted exclusively via the official SummitNext Career Page or through the Referral Portal linked on that page.
- Submissions via any other channel (e.g. email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) will not be accepted.
3. Information Required
To qualify as a valid referral, the following details must be submitted:
Candidate's full name and contact information
Updated resume or LinkedIn profile
Explicit candidate consent authorizing SummitNext to contact them
Upon submission, a confirmation email with a timestamp will be issued to the referrer.
4. Candidate Consent & Data Privacy
- The referrer is solely responsible for obtaining the referred candidate’s consent before submitting their personal details.
- SummitNext will not be held liable for any unauthorized or incorrect data sharing.
- Submissions made without verifiable consent will be disqualified.
5. Candidate Eligibility
The candidate must:
- Not be a current or former employee of SummitNext in the last 12 months
- Not have applied to SummitNext directly or via third-party platforms in the last 12 months
- Not already exist in SummitNext’s internal talent database
Referrals not meeting these criteria will be deemed ineligible, and the referrer will be notified within 14 business days.
6. Duplicate Referrals
- In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the earliest valid submission through the Referral Portal (timestamped) will be honored.
Any duplicate or previously known submissions will be disqualified.
7. Reward Disbursement
- The USD 250 reward will be paid within 30 calendar days after the candidate successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment with SummitNext.
- Payment will be made only via bank transfer to the referrer’s own valid and active bank account.
- No third-party or proxy payments will be entertained under any circumstances.
8. Conditions for Withholding Payment
SummitNext reserves the right to withhold or cancel any due referral payment if the referrer:
- Violates any of the program’s terms and conditions
- Submits false or misleading information
- Fails to provide verifiable bank account details in their own name
- Does not respond to verification or communication attempts within a reasonable time frame
All reward payments are subject to final verification and approval by SummitNext.
9. Referral Limits
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may submit.
Each eligible referral will be rewarded as per the stated terms.
10. Right to Amend or Terminate
- SummitNext reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at its discretion, without prior notice.
- All decisions made by SummitNext regarding program eligibility, duplicate handling, and payments are final and non-negotiable.
