We are hiring for a leading provider of appointment booking solutions with our flagship product, Bookly. We are expanding our offering with a mobile app to improve user engagement and accessibility. Join our team to lead this exciting initiative and shape the future of our product suite.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis using Customer Development (or similar methodologies) principles to validate assumptions.
  • Apply Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) or similar methodology to uncover deep user needs and ensure the product addresses real customer pain points.
  • Utilize prioritization frameworks such as RICE and MoSCoW to balance impact and feasibility.
  • Lead hypothesis testing and iterative product improvements based on validated learning.

Product Development:

  • Manage the product backlog and write clear user stories, ensuring alignment with JTBD insights.
  • Work with design teams to develop intuitive, user-centric interfaces and validate them through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
  • Partner with the development team to define technical requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong collaboration with developers, designers, marketers, and QA specialists to align on product goals and timelines.
  • Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to refine messaging and enhance user onboarding.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, cohort analysis, and behavioral data insights.
  • Optimize the products economics by understanding key metrics such as user retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, and conversion rates.

Technical Understanding:

  • Have a solid understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android), including publishing on App Store and Google Play.
  • Be familiar with SaaS architectures, cloud solutions, APIs, and databases.
  • Have a basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles to collaborate effectively with designers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, mobile applications, or B2B products.
  • Strong experience with Customer Development, Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD), and Agile product development or similar. 
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Bonus: Experience with appointment booking systems, APIs, or plugins.
