A leading fintech company, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, is looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager (SEO-Led) to lead digital acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will independently develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies, spanning SEO, PPC, paid social, and performance analytics, to grow qualified traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEO Strategy: Build and execute robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure all assets are keyword-aligned and technically optimized.
  • PPC Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, with clear ROI targets.
  • Paid Social: Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Website Performance: Monitor and improve site health and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous growth.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Track trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO-led digital marketing roles with measurable impact
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategy end-to-end

Nice to Have:

  • B2B experience in tech or SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRO tools and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience with WordPress or Webflow
