Sales Manager – Payments & iGaming (Full-time, Office-based, Bulgaria)

Our client - International Payment Gateway Provider is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the payments and iGaming space. You will lead sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with strategic partners across emerging markets such as Asia, LATAM, and Africa.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute a scalable sales strategy across products, industries, and regions.
• Identify and engage new prospects; develop structured outreach to convert leads.
• Run client meetings and product demos; manage deal cycles end-to-end.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competition, pricing, and regulations.
• Collaborate daily with Account Management and Operations to refine offers and timing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and KPI reporting.

You Have

• Experience in payments and/or online gambling (iGaming) industries.
• Commercial mindset with ability to build strong B2B relationships.
• Good understanding of market trends and client needs in relevant sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience owning deals from prospecting to closing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Exposure to partnership/channel strategies with PSPs/platforms.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory nuances across global markets.
