Job Description:

  • Train and Develop Financial Advisors - Conduct regular training sessions on Group Insurance products, processes, and sales skills; develop and implement nurturing programs to enhance FAs' prospecting and closing capabilities; address product and process inquiries from FAs and Agency Executives
  • Activate and Engage Agency Network - Implement agency activation programs in assigned sector; maintain regular visibility through agency visits and rounds; provide timely Group Insurance business updates and opportunities to drive engagement
  • Build Strategic Relationships - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with FAs and agency leaders to foster collaboration and support business growth objectives
  • Drive Business Development - Identify and explore new business opportunities in the local market, particularly MSME segment; maintain current knowledge of local and national market conditions to support strategic acquisition efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree of any course
  • At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in sales and / or business development; experience in insurance is a plus
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and people skills;
  • Knowledge in Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection Landscape
