What will you do as Enrollment Fulfillment Associate:

  • Processes member lists accurately and timely for initial enrollment, activation, and ID production, including additions and deletions.
  • Reviews, checks, and verifies document information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, ensuring quality control.
  • Maintains and monitors member lists and benefit documents related to member activation.
  • Provides Certificates of Cover for enrolled accounts or requests COCs from other networks where accounts are enrolled.
  • Ensures organized and timely delivery of Member IDs.
  • Updates documentation when revised.
  • Liaises with document authors and external parties regarding account and member endorsements, clarifying requests and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course. Medical Allied course is an advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates but 1-2 years experience in the same or related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications especially excel with above Average typing skills
  • Detail and process-oriented
  • Able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent listening skills and be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.
