What will you do as Group Accounts Management Assistant:

  • Coordinates renewal activities for assigned accounts to achieve department's persistency and premium goals.
  • Manages servicing activities, focusing on maintaining department's renewal persistency and premium objectives.
  • Oversees relationship-building initiatives, aligning with department's renewal persistency and premium targets.
  • Assists with renewal communications and backroom servicing when senior from the team is in the field.
  • Represents the team in meetings and presentations as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned, adapting to changing work requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree preferably on business, management, finance, interdisciplinary &/or a medical related course.
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in corporate accounts management, corporate sales & marketing &/or corporate customer servicing.
  • Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and other office computer programs or applications.
  • Sufficient oral & written business communication skills.
  • With strong organizational skills, assertive social skills and nifty resourcefulness.
  • Particular to details & capable of decent analysis.
  • Preferably a licensed driver.
  • Emotionally stable with a positive work attitude that is able to handle pressure, adjust accordingly to situations and overcome challenges.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic.
  • A productive team player.
