What will you do as Channel Logistics Assistant (Admin Assistant):
- Checks and submits DTR summaries (lates, absences, leaves) of salesforce to HR monthly.
- Reviews salesforce transportation and communications liquidation; submits non-compliance list to HR monthly.
- Reviews salesforce expense reports and submits to Finance within set turnaround time.
- Prepares and sends monthly budget monitoring to Region Heads and Channel leaders; flags overspending areas.
- Handles release on business forms, supplies, corporate giveaways and equipment (e.g. infocus) to Bancassurance salesforce
- Assists in clearance routing for resigned BSOs with HR.
- Assists on the logistical preparation during training and events of Bancassurance Channel to ensure smooth and worry-free training and events.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferably in Business Management, Business Administration or any-related course
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Must be good in oral and written communications
- Must be able to deal with different personalities
- Must manage tasks based on communicated priorities
- Organized record-keeper
- Process and detail-oriented
- Result and people-oriented
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Admin function
