What will you do as Underwriting Staff:

• Evaluates individual applications for membership.
• Endorses eligible members with H&S benefits to Claims for Network card issuance.
• Forwards remittances to Group Accounting for premium crediting.
  
• Encodes and uploads member information in the Group Information System (GIS).
• Recommends eligible members to Group Accounting for billing preparation.
• Communicates member status and prepares necessary letters for various channels.
• Schedules medical exams and coordinates with accredited facilities and examiners.
• Liaises with relevant units to address issues and concerns.
• Manages telephone and email inquiries from members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any four year course
• With good communication and analytical skills
  
• MS Excel skills
