What will you do as Training Head:

  • Implement strategic training programs to drive agency performance, focusing on recruitment effectiveness and advisor activation rates 
  • Collaborate with Regional Trainers to establish priorities, develop scheduling frameworks, and meet regional and organizational needs
  • Coordinate timely rollout of product training, refresher courses, and guidelines ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance agency-wide 
  • Identify training gaps and initiate design of learning programs addressing developmental needs across the entire agency force (10%)
  • Develop comprehensive staff development plans building capability, enhancing team performance, and supporting long-term career growth and advancement 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferably with post-graduate course
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • With pleasing personality

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 10 years training experience with 5 years preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Have supervised a team directly
  • Well versed in program design and leader development
  • Have attended training programs in the industry
  • LOMA passer
  • Have events organizing skill
