About the job Marketing Manager


Oversee total marketing for offline channels, focused on in-store and out-of-home marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and visual merchandising . The Marketing Manager for Offline will be the gatekeeper for any activity happening in the offline level, especially in the stores.


  • Take ownership for all in-store marketing and brand initiatives i.e, shopping experience, store and visual
  • merchandising design, in-store messaging, local marketing, and partnerships
  • Develop exemplary Sunnies Studios experience by coordinating with the brand, customer experience, and operational teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive sales and growth for Sunnies Studios offline channels through strategic partnerships, local marketing, and custom strategies for each channel
  • Ensure timely development of in-store creative assets and deployment for all channels
  • Work with internal teams to build awareness for the brand, especially in new locations outside of Metro Manila


  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or similar
  • Experienced in retail marketing, business development, visual merchandising operations, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan with great attention to detail, urgency, and efficiency
  • Quick, adaptable, with a solution-oriented approach to work
  • Open to leading a young but efficient team to growth


  • 3-5 years experience in trade, channel, or retail marketing. Business development and/or Visual Merchandising
  • operations can also be considered
  • Highly collaborative and a great communicator
