COMPANY PRESENTATION

We are looking for a professional for a Senior SEO Analyst, to work remotely, consulting for the company, in order to help us identify the important topics to be monitored in an SEO strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of researching the support experience of our customers, partners and employees, improving relevance

  • Strategic SEO and SMO planning for the Super Fluency Online brand

  • Keeping our organic traffic healthy

  • Evaluate performance data from the company, competitors , primary and secondary keyword gaps, gaps in our content via SEO/SEM analysis tools, or areas for improvement in our graphic design;

  • Benchmark other SEO companies and practices

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Moz and Ahrefs ;

  • Provide recommendations and execute global internal/external strategies for content development in coordination with search and SEO objectives - general and keyword-specific

  • Conduct constant on-page SEO audit on our website and blog to reduce cannibalization and suggest improvements ( load time, code components, meta tags, heading tags, linking, images, URLs and other best practices);

  • Create SEO results reports, analyze Google algorithm changes and identify continuous improvements to increase and maintain domain authority;

  • Apply changes according to Google updates

  • Update old content and add “call to action” phrases (CTAs), seeking to improve user engagement;

  • Monitor Paid Search Campaigns

  • Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build authority online;

  • Track and report performance metrics (including KPIs for organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page) against our SEO goals and benchmark data;

  • Manage Google My Business;

  • Optimize pages for mobile devices;

  • Know how to evaluate and propose adjustments for duplicate content and canonical tag;

  • Know how to evaluate and propose adjustment for structured data;

  • Make changes to our CMS (Page Titles, Descriptions, Canonicals, etc.)

  • Analyze internal and external link quality

  • Follow SEO trends, always keeping up to date with new tools and practices.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed higher education or studying (related areas);

  • Previous experience with SEO;

  • Knowledge about metrics, how the search engine algorithm works and SEO best practices;

  • Understanding of Google updates and how updates affect organic traffic performance

  • Experience with SEO/SEM analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, BrightEdge;

  • Proactivity;

  • Communication skills (oral and written);

  • Business view;

  • Customer focus;

  • Ability to innovate;

  • Willingness to grow and learn;

  • Availability to work remotely.
