We are looking for Account Manager who will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, and acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Preparing reports on account status.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of the software industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software account management, client relationship management, or a similar role.
