We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of our products in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of product positioning, market analysis, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, adept at translating technical features into compelling value propositions, and has a strong track record of driving product growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing strategies and roadmaps, considering customer needs and market opportunities.
Lead product launch initiatives, including defining target audiences, messaging, and marketing channels, to maximize product adoption and sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning for our product offerings.
Create compelling product-related content, including product descriptions, collateral, and marketing materials.
Pricing and Positioning: Determine product pricing strategies and positioning to maximize product profitability.
Product Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote and drive engagement with our product offerings.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
+7 years of experience in Product Marketing.
Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer segmentation.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products, driving customer adoption and revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers.
Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive research to inform marketing strategies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative approaches to drive product success.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in the technology industry or with software products is preferred.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
