We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our digital marketing team, drive growth, and build the business vertical. As the Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for building and leading a team of digital marketing professionals, making presales, and building the business vertical.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including developing and executing digital marketing strategies, monitoring performance, providing regular reporting and analysis, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain budgets and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Build and manage a team of digital marketing specialists responsible for executing campaigns, providing guidance and support as needed
- Build the business vertical by creating new digital marketing revenue streams and expanding existing ones
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and business development
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, sms, & content marketing) that drive results for clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Experience of hiring and managing a team of digital marketing specialists, with a focus on mentorship and professional development
