We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and adept at managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and technical teams to ensure that projects meet branding and business objectives.

  • Develop and refine campaign strategies, considering target audiences, marketing channels, and key performance indicators.

  • Work with content creators to produce marketing collateral and content that effectively conveys our message and captures the audience's attention.

  • Manage marketing project budgets, allocating resources effectively and tracking expenditures.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing projects, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to execute marketing projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering marketing projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and tactics, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Experience in coordinating and managing external agencies, vendors, and freelancers.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.

  • Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • +8 years experience in Marketing projects.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand positioning, campaign management, and digital marketing.
