We are looking for a highly-creative Digital marketing manager to lead our digital marketing team.

In this position, Your central goal is to help grow our brands influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with's business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
  • Online Advertising: Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising, to maximize ROI.

  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and on-brand content for the website, blogs, and email campaigns.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines and manage link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns, manage social profiles, and cultivate an engaged online community.

  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers effectively.

  • Data Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make improvements.

  • E-commerce Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive conversions on the website.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation.

  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, sms, & content marketing) that drive results for clients.
