As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for various job positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with the company's values, culture, and job requirements. Your expertise in candidate evaluation, relationship-building, and recruitment strategies will contribute to the overall success of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Proactively identify and attract top talent by utilizing various sourcing strategies, such as networking, online platforms, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews, reference checks, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational values.
  • Develop and maintain the employer brand through effective communication of the organization's mission, values, culture, and career opportunities to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback, communication, and support to candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to address recruitment challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive candidate and company information.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Having a professional certification in recruitment can be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the industry or specific job market being recruited for can be beneficial in understanding job requirements and attracting suitable candidates.
