A background in either display testing or EE testing, with practical experience using relevant measurement equipment:

Display testing: spectroradiometers, colorimeters, imaging photometers, or similar instruments.

EE testing: oscilloscopes, power analyzers, signal generators, or similar instruments.

Understanding of display technologies, performance characteristics, and test methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and external partners.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel as required, with extended on-site stays during critical development and production phases.
