Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive CapEx PM – INDIA Project Support with 5 ~ 10 years of experience.

In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge across cross-functional teams (CFT), collaborating closely with Operations Program Managers (OPMs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs),Equipment vendors, and Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners. You will leverage proven experience in managing critical vendor delivery milestone dates, specifically equipment Kick-Off (KO) forecasting, machine build lead times, and freight tracking (ETD/ETA) into CM facilities ensuring production lines ramp on schedules.

The primary mission is safeguarding New product ramp schedules by driving end-to-end equipment delivery forecasting tool kick-offs, tracking machine builds and factory buy-offs, and managing international freight logistics through to final on-dock delivery and line bring-up at factory sites.

Key Responsibilities:

CFT & CM Alignment: Serve as the core bridge between OPMs, TPMs, Equipment suppliers, and CM manufacturing teams to align CapEx Equipment / Fixtures/ Testers requirements with program schedules.

Forecasting & Vendor Readiness & Milestone Tracking : Partner closely with CM operations to generate and project equipment Kick-Off (KO) forecasts to vendors. Review vendor fabrication lead times, including long-lead subcomponents to meet the build schedules.

Global Logistics & On-Time Delivery: Routinely review with vendors / CM on estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) with CM partner leads to ensure equipment arrives strictly aligned with Project line build dates.

CapEx Tracking & Budget Governance: Track purchase orders, production milestone payments, and invoice reconciliation against approved CapEx budgets for all machinery, test stations, and line fixtures.

On-Site Installation & CaPex Asset Audits: Oversee equipment arrivals at CM sites (Chennai / Greater Noida), assist with site acceptance setups , and run routine asset tagging, tracking, and physical inventory audits.

Risk & Contingency Management: Identify logistics, customs clearance, or manufacturing bottlenecks early; proactively develop contingency and recovery plans to protect NPI and mass-production build schedules.

On-Site Vendor OSS Readiness Coordination: Partner with CM facility teams and vendor OSS leads to arrange factory floor clearances, site passes, safety inductions, and local logistics for overseas technical support staff.
