Mechanical Engineer – Liquid Cooling Systems

Role Objective
Design and develop mechanical structures and hardware for liquid cooling systems, ensuring robustness, manufacturability, and seamless integration with thermal and electrical subsystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components: cold plates, manifolds, brackets, enclosures, racks
• Define mechanical interfaces between PCBA, cold plate, hoses, and connectors
• Select materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, EPDM) based on thermal and mechanical requirements
• Ensure manufacturability, assembly, and serviceability
• Support leak test, pressure test, and mechanical qualification
• Perform tolerance analysis and stress evaluation
• Collaborate with vendors for fabrication and prototype builds
• Support DFMEA / PFMEA from a mechanical perspective

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years experience in mechanical design for electronics or cooling systems
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or similar)
• Knowledge of fluid connectors, seals, hoses, and pressure-rated components
• Experience with prototype build and factory support
• Familiar with manufacturing processes (CNC, brazing, welding, assembly)
• English required (professional working proficiency)

Working Day :
· 5 Days/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
