Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Townsend related jobs including 55-generation/BOM setup including ID and other related docs upload to Townsend system, coordinate with PPS to move retail pkg item to corresponding stage in line with PDP process to move 53- to mass production at last
• xVT sample request collection
• Project Windchill/JIRA/Confluence space/NPI page template/Workdocs creation
• Project core team, group email, LDAP permission/MEA application
• LAPS Vendor Group application, user creation

Requirements for candidates:

• 3-4years' working experience, the candidate who ever worked for/provided service to AMZ will be preferred.
• Good English written and speaking capability
• Familiar with product lifecycle management systems like Agile, deep understanding to internal systems like Windchill, JIRA, Confluence page will be preferred
• Good personal coordination/communication skills, somewhat program management skill requested
• Able to work to details.
