Key Responsibilities
- Manage all spectrum of candidates sourcing, interviewing and hiring process
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing channels to fulfill vacancies efficiently
- Establish talent database
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry and technology trends
- Understand company business direction and hiring background to build and develop talent market intelligence
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility
Requirements
- 7+ years' solid recruiting experience of professionals (Engineer or above) in manufacturing industry
- Good communication; fluency in written English and workable oral English required
- Sharp in identifying peoples strength, weakness, and behavior style
- Strong social network for reaching out talents
- Strong organizational skills, must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task to be successful in stressful situations
- Demonstrated proficiency in self-management
- Effective Communication approach to proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness
- Ambiguity: Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
- Strong consulting, influencing, collaboration skills to drive successful outcomes
- Strong customer service initiative/focus
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
- PC Literacy - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
