Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing channels to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Build and maintain a strong talent database and candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry, technology, and talent market trends to support effective sourcing strategies.
- Understand business direction, role requirements, and hiring priorities to provide relevant talent market insights.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and HR team members to ensure smooth collaboration, timely communication, and successful hiring outcomes.
Requirement
- 3+ years of solid recruiting experience for professional-level roles, preferably Engineer level or above, within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills, with fluent written English and workable spoken English.
- Proven ability to assess candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral styles, with strong sourcing capability and an established talent network.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Proactive communication style, with strong consulting, influencing, collaboration, and customer service mindset to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques, with good PC literacy in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
