Job Description
- Factory Test: Develop and implement comprehensive Over-the-Air (OTA) factory test plans and stations to support mass production requirements.
- Performance Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of antenna and wireless OTA performance, with a focus on measuring Total Radiated Power (TRP) and Total Isotropic Sensitivity (TIS).
- Chamber Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of anechoic chambers to ensure consistent operational excellence.
- Analysis & Collaboration: Perform root cause analysis for failed units during engineering builds and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Compliance, to optimize radiated performance.
Qualifications
- Possession of a relevant academic degree or a minimum of five years of professional experience within the industry.
- Antenna Theory: Advanced knowledge of antenna theory, including impedance matching and transmission lines.
- Measurement Protocols: Extensive familiarity with signaling and non-signaling measurement protocols for 5G NR, LTE, WLAN, BT, and GPS technologies.
- RF Instrumentation: Practical experience utilizing RF test equipment and vendor-specific tools from providers
- Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in professional documentation and spreadsheet software.
