Job Summary
As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This position covers recruiting for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and possible other countries in Asia. You will work closely with your direct supervisor and customers to understand staffing needs, identify the best talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local, global team and customers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage job boards and recruiting tools as an administrator, ensuring proper setup, posting, and system optimization.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Communicate with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
- Present qualified candidates to customers, providing insights on their skills and fit for the role.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist with employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
