Process Expert

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for conducting NUDD feasibility and manufacturability assessments.

2. Identify process bottlenecks and develop improvement plans.

3. Drive innovation and breakthroughs in process technology.

4. Establish process lessons learned and baseline standards.

5. Provide technical support during product manufacturing, lead quality improvements, conduct in-depth analysis of critical process issues, and drive optimization of specifications and workflows.

Qualifications:

1. Over 10 years of relevant experience in the camera module industry, with at least 5 years in engineering management or project management.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.

3. Proficiency in English communication with clients; experience serving European and American clients preferred.

4. Proficient in Minitab, JMP, and other data analysis tools

5. Familiar with computer-aided 2D/4D software applications

6. Deep understanding of camera manufacturing processes and key component characteristics (FPC, Sensor, Lens, VCM)

7. Exceptional cross-departmental coordination skills; ability to rapidly identify/isolate issues and propose company-level solutions
