Packaging Part Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Part Number Creation & Validation — Create new part numbers and verify their accuracy against packaging specifications and naming conventions.

2. BOM Creation & Maintenance — Build and maintain Bills of Materials, including change management through RCO (Revision Change Order) and NRCO (Non-Revision Change Order) processes. Requires hands-on familiarity with PLM systems; experience with Amazon Townsend is a strong plus.

3. IHA Maintenance — Maintain Installation Hardware Assembly (HW bag) records to keep part and packaging data current and consistent.

4. PR/PO Creation — Create and track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for program development needs.

5. Miscellaneous Tasks — Support data and documentation tasks as required by the team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with PLM tools and engineering change processes (RCO/NRCO)

· Familiarity with Amazon Townsend (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
