Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Location: Foshan, China

Purpose: This role bridges the USA engineering/operations teams and local factory, ensuring projects run smoothly from tech pack approval to final shipment.

Accountabilities

• On-time and accurate execution of sample and production orders.
• Adherence to SOPs and QC standards at the factory level.
• Clear, timely communication and alignment between USA operations/engineering and the Foshan factory.
• Proper transfer and use of approved tech packs and files for production.
• Reliable coordination with logistics to achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) shipments to customers.

Responsibilities (to achieve the above accountabilities)

• Receive and manage tech packs (Adobe Illustrator & SolidWorks) from the USA team.
• Transfer approved files to sample and mass production teams.
• Monitor sample builds and production runs; track status against timelines.
• Work directly with factory teams to ensure SOPs and QC checks are followed.
• Provide regular updates to USA operations on progress, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to prepare shipments and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3~5 years' experience in manufacturing/operations coordination (footwear experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes and QC.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and SolidWorks file handling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
