Coffee Roaster

Were looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coffee Roaster with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for specialty coffee, understands the science behind roasting, and consistently delivers high-quality roasts to match our flavor profiles and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial roasting equipment (e.g., Loring, Diedrich, Probat)

• Execute roast profiles with precision across multiple origins and blends

• Monitor and document roast curves, batch data, and quality metrics

• Conduct regular cuppings to evaluate quality, consistency, and flavor development

• Assist in green coffee inventory management and rotation

• Calibrate grinders and espresso machines as needed for quality control

• Clean and maintain roastery equipment according to schedule

• Collaborate with the sourcing, QC, and production teams on seasonal releases
