Role Overview
We are seeking fluent Hindi speakers to join our hybrid chat and email support team. In this role, you will handle customer queries in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat and email in Hindi (and English when required)
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional written communication
• Log all interactions in the company CRM system
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance targets

Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous chat/email support or customer service experience is an advantage

Work Details

• Location: Work from home / Hybrid (South Africa-based applicants only)
• Hours: Full-time shifts, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends if required)
• Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience
