Location: Constantia & Benoni
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:30
One Saturday per month & occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle inbound dialler calls professionally
Present and promote products to potential clients
Conduct client needs analyses and cross-sell where applicable
Capture and update all sales information accurately on CRM systems
Generate and log referrals
Resolve client queries and fix sendbacks efficiently
Follow up on outstanding and pipeline business

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
FAIS Compliant
Clear criminal record
Minimum 1 year telesales experience

Advantageous:
Call Centre Sales experience
Short / Long-Term Insurance experience
RE5 Qualification
Relevant FAIS qualifications & CPD

Skills & Attributes:
Strong objection handling & negotiation skills
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Strong listening and communication skills
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Able to work independently and within a team
Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn
Ability to work accurately under pressure

Salary and Commission Structure

Health basic salary - Between R8000 and R12500 for the first three months (based on experience, qualification and managers discretion, from month four onwards R4000 (No RE5) R6500 with RE5

Health Commission structure - 50% of first successful premium collected, 30% payable in the first month and 20% paid in the second month

Innovator basic salary - Between R8000 and R12500 for the first three months, from month four onwards R4000 (No RE5) R6500 with RE5

Innovator commission structure - 50% of first successful premium collected, 30% payable in the first months and 20% paid in the second month

Dental basic salary - R8000 for the first two months, from month three onwards R4000

Dental commission structure - 100% of the first successful premium collected

Vital basic salary - R8000 for the first three months, from month four onwards R6000

Vital commission structure - 50% of the first successful premium collected
