Our Product Overview:
Our client offers comprehensive cycling cover tailored to the diverse needs of cyclists. Their policies are customisable, allowing riders to select additional cover options for accessories, racing events, and extra wheelsets.

Some of their amazing partnerships include Strava, GCN, Hubtiger, and Project 529. They are also in partnership with most of the biggest bicycle chain stores in the UK, offering 30 days free insurance to anyone buying a new bike. Your mission will be to call the customer during the 30 days of complimentary cover, talk some bike, and get them to sign up for an annual policy.

As a sales expert joining our UK team, you'll engage directly with these innovative insurance solutions, contributing to a service that empowers cyclists to ride with confidence, freedom, and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call new 30-day free activations and guide them through the product features and sign-up process.
  • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide coverage options, ultimately driving policy sales.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build lasting impressions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance industry trends, competitor offerings and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of consecutive sales or similar experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in industries such as telecommunications, tech, retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, financial services, health and wellness or tourism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach.
  • Understanding insurance products and services is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the cycling industry will be a plus.

Remuneration & Perks:

  • Monthly base salary ranging between R5,000 and R12,000, depending on experience, with uncapped commission opportunities.
