German-speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Namibia) Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with inquiries and bookings.
- Manage flight bookings and re-bookings efficiently
- Provide direct sales and after-sale support
- Maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements
- C1 proficiency in German & fluent in English
- Grade 11 (new curriculum) or Grade 12 Certificate
- Customer service experience
- A home office setup with stable ground fibre internet (min. 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
- Namibian citizen, permanent or domicile resident
- Willingness to do shift work

Salary: N$26, 500.00 CTC
