German-speaking Client Liaison Experts Cape Town
Our client, a 24/7 desktop publishing company specialising in multilingual business graphics, is seeking innovative, German-speaking Client Liaison Experts to join their Cape Town CBD team.
This role involves supporting global corporate clients, ensuring high-quality document production, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and proofread documents to client specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to production processes, SLAs, and internal KPIs.
- Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks for billing and payment.
- Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality output within deadlines.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong accountability, persistence, and resourcefulness.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Experience or training in graphic design/desktop publishing is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to R25 000 (market-related).
- Language supplement.

Shifts
- Monday to Friday (rotational):
- Early: 06h00-15h00
- Shift:14h00-23h00
- Night: 21h00-07h00
