The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and growing service-led organisation, is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support operational and commercial leadership.

This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, improving margin delivery and providing meaningful insight to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to operational stakeholders
• Analyse financial and operational KPIs to drive performance improvement
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue and margin
• Support budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Develop financial models for commercial initiatives and business opportunities
• Provide robust variance analysis and forward-looking performance insight
• Contribute to pricing and commercial evaluations
• Support continuous improvement in reporting and financial processes

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) or finalist
  (strong part-qualified candidates with relevant experience considered)
• Experience in commercial finance or business partnering
• Strong analytical capability and financial modelling skills
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
• Commercially curious with a proactive mindset
