About the Role:

We are hiring professional and friendly Chat Support Specialists to remotely assist U.S. customers via online messaging no phone calls required. Youll help answer questions, resolve account issues, and provide a positive experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat & email

• Provide accurate account support and updates

• Escalate issues when needed using internal tools

• Maintain service quality and data accuracy

• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional support
  

Requirements:

• Strong English typing & communication skills

• High-speed internet and remote workspace

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Willingness to learn and follow procedures

• No experience required paid training provided

• (Call center or customer service experience is a plus)

Work Hours:
Full-time (4045 hours/week)
Multiple shifts available across U.S. time zones (weekend/evening availability is a plus).
