We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role provides architectural leadership, ensures platform best practices, and partners closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and CMDB
- Define ServiceNow architectural vision, roadmap, and best practices
- Oversee platform customization, configuration, and scalability
- Architect integrations with third-party systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, cloud platforms, custom APIs)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Optimize platform performance, usability, and cost efficiency
- Establish governance, security, and compliance standards
- Act as ServiceNow subject matter expert for stakeholders and clients
- Produce solution documentation, including architecture diagrams and workflows
- Lead upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements aligned with ServiceNow releases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- 3+ years in a lead or architect role
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and best practices
- Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB design, and platform governance
- Extensive integration experience using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules)
- Experience with update sets, deployments, and version control
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CTA
- Experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management)
- Cloud integration experience (AWS, Azure, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
- DevOps / CI-CD experience for ServiceNow deployments
