Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our Obstetrics department. This role is responsible for the overall clinical and operational management of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and staff engagement. The Nurse Manager will support the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while driving initiatives that align with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or a related field

• Licensure & Certification:

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association (upon hire)

  • California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)

  • Management of Aggressive Behavior training (within 90 days of hire)

• Experience:

  • Additional experience may be required depending on specialty program needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing or a related field

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in obstetrics or related specialty
