Shipping & Receiving Superintendent

Compensation: $71,000 – $80,000 annually

The Shipping & Receiving Superintendent is responsible for driving productivity, quality, cleanliness, and food/plant safety within shipping and receiving operations while holding team members accountable to company standards and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve materials handling processes, including FIFO, load times, and inventory accuracy
• Partner with the Safety team to identify and mitigate risks related to powered industrial equipment
• Communicate inbound and outbound operational issues to cross-functional teams to support scheduling adjustments
• Oversee and maintain the powered industrial equipment program
• Support employee and labor relations initiatives to increase engagement and accountability
• Develop and implement training plans aligned with organizational goals
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
