Our client is seeking a compassionate Palliative Nurse Practitioner to join their interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on providing high‑quality palliative care services to patients in facilities and community settings. The ideal candidate has strong clinical experience and a patient‑centered approach to care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (No weekends, on‑call, or holidays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver patient care plans in clinical and community settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support patients and families in Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding areas

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Home Health
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania
  • Current AHA BLS or AHA ACLS certification
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • RN license number provided
  • NP license number provided
  • Community‑based Home Health or Hospice/Palliative Care experience
