Roles and Responsibilities

·         Achieve  the target

·         Process  Recruitment

·         Build capability of the team, coach the team and encourage high performance culture.

·         Monitor, track and review sales performance of the team for daily , weekly and monthly sales report

·         Activate, grow and drive productivity of agent

·         Collaborate with training or related departments to increase active agent and productivities

·         Manage  the day to day sales support and activities

·         Work effectively with existing active agent to maximize their potential for higher compensation

·         Be a contact for intermediaries for potential business deal, recruitment, renewal, upselling, cross-selling and after sales service

·         Understand of servicing issues and ability to appropriately escalate to client management.

Position Requirement

·         Diploma or Degree Holder of any study

·         Working experience in sales, insurance/financial related industry

·         Familiar in using Excel and Power Point, good presentation skills Managerial skills which has experience in managing a sales team

·         Good at problem solving , conflict resolution and decision making skills

·         Strong self-motivated, self-discipline, passionate, resource, proactive, result driven and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environment.
