Data Processing Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer and account data, including text and numerical information, from source documents within required timeframes
• Review, compile, verify, and organize data according to established priorities to ensure accuracy before system entry
• Identify, correct, and resolve data discrepancies or errors, and validate output for completeness
• Apply standard data entry procedures and system techniques
• Generate reports, properly store completed work, and perform regular data backup tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information

Job Requirements:

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
