Operations Supervisor

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards and KPIs
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety metrics; address gaps proactively
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve operational issues, escalations, and workflow challenges in a timely manner
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Quality, Training, Recruitment) as needed
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and performance management

Job Requirements:

• Has 3 – 5 years of experience in operations, team leadership or supervisory roles
• Highly reliable, dependable, and able to maintain attendance & punctuality
• Has aptitude for conflict resolution, develop solution and proactiveness
• Strong team orientation and highly collaborative
• Has passion for leadership and mentorship
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of company services, operational procedures and policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
