Instructional Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Training Managers to update the current course curriculum
• Keep up to date with industry standards
• Research, write, design, and develop training courses using company-provided authoring tools
• Coordinate with the Team Leads to identify knowledge/procedural gaps in the curriculum
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Ensure that the training materials are based on facts, on par with industry standards, and do not violate copyright laws
• Implement approved courses in the university program by uploading them to the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Shadow classes to evaluate students' understanding of course materials

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or any related courses
• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Articulate 360/Rise 360 and Kredo
• Strong command of design tools like Canva, Create Studio, etc.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
