HR Employee Relations Team Lead

Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an HR Employee Relations Team Lead to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote positive employee relations and help maintain a respectful, productive, and inclusive work environment
• Ensure company practices comply with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
• Handle employee relations cases, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Clearly communicate HR policies and procedures and respond to employee inquiries
• Lead and oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee experience

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Relations, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Proven background in conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a fair and objective approach
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team development
