Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries (JEs)
• Ensure all AP and General Ledger entries are recorded accurately, making adjustments as needed
• Prepare Balance Sheets and Income Statement Account reconciliation along with variance analysis
• Reconciliations between multiple systems
• Assist with month-end and year end close process
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any similar courses
• Has 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting
• Effective written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, be flexible, and possess the ability to work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
• Ability to research, gather and analyze information and resolve problems quickly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Excel skills should include pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, CONCATENATE, etc.
• Experience with Acumatica, Velixo and/or EPIC is a plus
