Relationship Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Understand partners' needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and services.
• Monitor and analyze partners' performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage partner expectations and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Lead partner meetings and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive operational success.
• Manage 15 - 20 partner accounts simultaneously.
• Document and reengineer processes across various systems and platforms for efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence speaking in front of groups
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Critical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Comfort in high-pressure situations
• Insurance knowledge with a willingness to learn more
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with American business standards (efficiency, direct communication, and individual responsibility)
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding partners satisfaction and retention goals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
