Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage executive inboxes (shared or direct access)
- Triage emails and prioritize urgent items
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and incoming team requests
- Coordinate delegated tasks and ongoing action items with internal teams
- Send reminders and status check-ins to keep projects moving
- Maintain clear, professional, and organized communication
- Maintain task logs, trackers, and internal documentation
- Support documentation for audits and process improvements
Job Qualifications:
- Expertise in Office 365
- Has at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong English reading, writing, and listening skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow written SOPs with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
