Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes (shared or direct access)
  • Triage emails and prioritize urgent items
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and incoming team requests
  • Coordinate delegated tasks and ongoing action items with internal teams
  • Send reminders and status check-ins to keep projects moving
  • Maintain clear, professional, and organized communication
  • Maintain task logs, trackers, and internal documentation
  • Support documentation for audits and process improvements

Job Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Office 365
  • Has at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong English reading, writing, and listening skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow written SOPs with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
