HR Employee Relations Team Lead

Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an HR Employee Relations Team Lead to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Foster positive employee relationships and maintain a healthy work environment
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Manage and resolve conflicts; implement policies and communicate effectively
• Lead smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct exit interviews
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Support workplace investigations and assist with disciplinary actions
• Communicate HR policies clearly and assist employees with their inquiries
• Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course
• 2-3 years of experience focus on Employee Relations and leadership
• Proven experience handling conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulation, and HR best practices
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make fair, informed decisions
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Has leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring team members
